Elite Southwest provides qualified site management for engineering projects in live industrial environments. We are Principal Contractor approved, SMSTS qualified and experienced working under CDM regulations, so your project stays safe, compliant and on programme.

We work from your design documentation, instruct and coordinate site teams, and keep the client programme front and centre. Much of our experience comes from water treatment works and food production sites, where work has to happen around live processes without disrupting them.
